Shipping & Returns
Need to return all or part of your order? Please start by emailing orders@sportswear.ca with your order number, a complete list of all of the items you would like to return, including style numbers, colors, sizes and quantities.
We will reply with return number(s) and shipping instructions. Please note: Items ordered from multiple warehouses may require separate returns.
Return Requirements
Must be requested within 30 days of purchase.
Altered garments are not returnable.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Returns must be authorized by sportswear.ca
Returns without a RA # will be refused.
Returns must be returned to the correct warehouse or they will be refused.
Items must be sent Freight Pre-Paid.
Please allow up to 10 business days for credits to be processed.
Cancellations
Order cancellation can only be made before shipment.
Once shipment occurs, the return policy is in effect.
Shipping Time
Orders placed before 3pm EST are typically packed and shipped the same day.
Ground shipping is between 1 and 5 days depending on your location to the warehouse.
Shipping Method
Most order are shipped with UPS or Purolator. Large orders that fit on pallets, may be shipped by a freight supplier of our choice.
*Orders cannot be picked up at the warehouse.
