Accepted formats
PNG, PDF, SVG, JPG, PSD, AI, and EPS are all accepted.
Minimum resolution
300 DPI at your intended print size. Lower resolution may result in soft or pixelated output.
Colour mode
Submit files in RGB. CMYK files are accepted but will be auto-converted — colours may shift slightly.
Background
Transparent PNG is strongly recommended. White ink is printed beneath your design, so a transparent background ensures it's placed only where it's needed — especially important on dark fabrics.
Temperature
280°F – 300°F
Pressure
Medium. Too light and the transfer won't bond; too heavy can distort fine detail.
First press
10 seconds.
Peel
Wait 20–30 seconds, then peel cold.
Final press
Cover with parchment and press again for 8–10 seconds.
Equipment
We print using advanced 9-colour Toyoda printers for vibrant, high-resolution results with exceptional detail and durability.
Ink setup
CMYK + Orange + Red + Green + Blue + White.
Compatible fabrics
Cotton, polyester, blends, nylon, and most other fabrics — including dark and black garments. No pre-treatment required.
Colour accuracy
Colours are matched as closely as possible to your file — screen display may vary slightly from final print output.
Background remover
Automatically strips backgrounds from JPG or PNG files so your artwork is print-ready without needing external software.
AI upscaler
Improves low-resolution images before printing so detail stays sharp at larger sizes.

We offer pick-up for DTF orders only at our Vancouver showroom, located at 24 W 2nd Ave, Vancouver, BC. Please note: Blank apparel is fulfilled from our warehouses and is not available for in-store pickup. You will receive an email notification once your DTF order is ready for pickup—please wait for this confirmation before arriving.
Can I order just one transfer?
Yes. There are no minimum order quantities.
Do I need to mirror my artwork?
No. Upload your artwork in the correct reading direction.
Will DTF work on dark garments?
Yes. DTF transfers include a white ink layer that keeps colours vivid on any fabric colour.
Can I mix different designs on one gang sheet?
Yes — add as many designs as you like and arrange them to fill the sheet efficiently.
