Payment Options

Visa and Mastercard

To pay with Visa or Mastercard, simply enter your name, address, credit card number, expiry date, and CVV (the 3-digit number found on the back of your card).

To avoid delays to your order, please ensure your name and billing address match exactly as shown on your statement. Orders with missing or incorrect information may be held until the details are corrected and confirmed with your bank.

Interac e-Transfer

To pay by Interac e-Transfer, you will need an email address and access to online or mobile banking. After selecting Interac e-Transfer as your payment method, you will see a list of participating financial institutions. If your bank is not listed, you can log in directly through its website or mobile app.

1. Sign in to your online or mobile banking account.
2. Choose Interac e-Transfer (sometimes called Interac Email Money Transfer) from the transfer or payment menu.
3. Add Sportswear.ca as a recipient using the following email address: orders@sportswear.ca
4. Enter the payment amount and select the bank account you would like the funds withdrawn from.
5. Enter your 6-digit order ID number in the message section so we can match the payment to your order.
6. Confirm that the information is correct and follow your bank’s instructions to send the payment.

We will process your order for shipping once we receive confirmation of your payment.

Please note: Your bank may have a daily e-Transfer limit. Orders over $1,000 may need to be divided into two separate payments over a 24-hour period. Please contact your bank if you are unsure of your transfer limit.

We recommend sending your payment as soon as possible because products are not reserved while payment is pending. If an item sells out or must be substituted, the amount of an existing e-Transfer cannot be changed. You may need to cancel the original transfer and send a new one for the updated amount.

PayPal

You don't need to have a PayPal account to pay with PayPal, but it does help speed up the process. To open an account, please visit PayPal.

When checking out at Sportswear.ca, your shopping cart will automatically direct you to PayPal to confirm payment.

To speed up the processing and delivery of your order, please have your shipping address confirmed by PayPal ahead of time.

Apple Pay

Apple Pay is a convenient way to pay when using Safari. It's safe, secure, and private. Simply select the option during payment and then click or tap Place Order. Apple Pay will launch for confirmation. Please see this Apple Pay support article for additional information.
