How long will my refund take?

Once your return has arrived at the correct warehouse, it must be received, inspected, and approved. After the warehouse has approved the return, our customer-service team will issue the refund to your original payment method.

Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund process to be completed:

Items returned by courier, including UPS, Purolator, FedEx, or Canada Post, are generally processed within 7–10 business days after arriving at the warehouse.
Refunds resulting from a refused or return-to-sender package may take up to 10 business days.

Once we have issued the refund, your bank or credit-card provider may require additional time to post the credit to your account. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
