Shipping Speed

• Delivery times depend on your location relative to our four warehouses located in Ontario, Quebec, Alberta, and British Columbia.
• Orders placed before 1:00 PM (local warehouse time) should ship the same day — although this is not guaranteed.
• Delivery within the same province typically takes 1–2 business days.
• Delivery to a different province usually takes 2–5 business days.

DTF Transfers Shipping & Pick-Up

At Sportswear.ca, every DTF order is carefully inspected, packaged, and shipped with your production schedule in mind. Our team is committed to fast turnaround times, reliable delivery, and clear communication from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your door, so you can get straight to pressing.

• Orders placed before 11:00 AM PST (2:00 PM EST) are typically printed and shipped the same business day.
• Delivery timelines displayed at checkout are provided by the carrier and are generally accurate for orders placed before 11:00 PM PST (2:00 PM EST).
• We ship from our Vancouver, BC facility using UPS Standard,
• Local pick-up is available for DTF transfers at 24 W 2nd Ave, Vancouver, BC. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready. Please note that blank apparel is not eligible for in-store pick-up.

Additional Details

• Orders ship via UPS.
• Orders may ship from multiple warehouses, resulting in extra costs or longer shipping times.
• Items in your cart aren't held until checkout; availability and shipping location may change.
• Orders exceeding 500 lbs (approximately 1,000 t-shirts) will ship via a freight forwarder.
• We do not offer free shipping. Instead, we keep our product prices as competitive as possible and charge shipping separately.

Shipping Restrictions

• We do not ship to PO boxes or outside of Canada.
• Same day delivery is not available.
• Currently we don't offer shipping to Nunavut. 

Order Notes

• Order notes require manual review, which may delay processing.
• Delivery requests are not guaranteed, and couriers cannot be contacted by phone.
